By putting their heart into their work, our care providers at MONARCH HEALTH SYSTEMS, Inc. foster an environment where people with developmental disabilities are taught the appropriate ways to express themselves, interact with others, and manage the difficulties that accompany their conditions.
Our staff, which includes nurse managers, caregivers, personal care aides, and drivers, have years of training and experience in working with people with developmental disabilities. Whether they are serving in the homes of clients or our alternative living units, they maintain the highest quality of care and understanding possible for their care recipients. Although they cannot completely replace the role of family members, they are always present and dedicated to providing various levels of needs to clients.
